EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

If you email me using the address on the contact page of the site, I’ll take that as confirmation that you’re happy for me to contact you. Any information you supply, such as your email address, phone number, the details of your enquiry, and our subsequent conversation, will be stored in my Gmail and Outlook accounts.

If I contact you as part of a new business enquiry and you don’t respond within one month, I will delete your data from my records.

I will not sell your data, or share it with others without your consent. And I won’t send you newsletters or mass marketing emails unless you specifically opt in to receive these kinds of communications.

I may keep details of work done, and any relevant communications, on my laptop and hard drive for up to six years, for tax purposes.

If you would like me to delete your data, tell you what data I have on file for you, or change the details I hold for you, please let me know by email on hello@annaemerson.co.uk.
